Eating Disorders Therapy
Eating disorders can be very complex and distressing, and if you are struggling, you may want to consider seeing an eating disorder therapist. I offer all different kinds of counselling for eating disorders, including: anorexia counselling and bdd therapy.
Food is one of many mediums through which we can express our emotions, and this often leads to a complicated and troubled relationship with food. Eating disorders cannot always be categorised into one of the more common diagnosis, and as such it is helpful to understand some of the feelings and behaviours that can be associated with specific eating disorders.
Therapy is an extremely useful tool to help us understand these conditions, our emotions around food and how our relationship with food can in turn affect our mental health.
